How does the Screw Microsprayer work?

The working principle of the Screw Microsprayer is mainly based on fluid dynamics and nozzle design. It consists of a spiral nozzle with a series of small channels inside. When the water flows through the nozzle, due to the internal design of the nozzle and the pressure of the water flow, the water flow will disperse into tiny water droplets, forming an atomized state.

When water flows through the nozzle of the Screw Microsprayer, the spiral structure inside the nozzle causes the water to rotate and generate a certain speed and pressure. At the same time, the channel design inside the nozzle will gradually increase the flow rate of the water, resulting in a higher speed water flow. When these high-speed water flows impact the outlet of the nozzle, a small water flow belt will be formed. Because the flow speed at the outlet is high, the water flow will be dispersed and sheared, and eventually dispersed into tiny water droplets and sprayed out.
